Enphase Operator — positioning and tiering

We do not predict the weather. We calculate atmospheric wave collisions — and that distinction is the whole moat.

The moat

Finished forecasts are a commodity; anyone can re-present one. The engine crunches raw observation arrays and resolves the interference between them, which is why it can name a single date instead of shading a week.

Tiering

General tier: seasonal trend, standard wave synthesis, moving averages. Useful, and openly commoditised.

Operator tier: the analog-shift engine — phase-lag correction, false-peak suppression, thermal reset node detection and the post-reset collapse date, with the held window shown so the answer cannot be cherry-picked from a wider range.

Why it is worth paying for

Misread phase shifts cost real money: crews prepare for heat that never arrives, or miss an early freeze entirely. By establishing that a hard frost reset must occur before a late-season rebound, the operator tier turns a vague late-season outlook into a dated window to schedule a final harvest, a pour, a cut or a load plan against.

Honest limits

This forecasts a temperature peak within a held window. It is not a severe-weather warning service and must not be relied on as one.

Products this backs

Published summary of an attorney-review draft or engineering record — not a filing, not a patentability opinion, not a safety certification. Engine parameters, signing keys and customer records never appear in any published paper.
