Field

Privacy-preserving network egress, browser-metadata minimisation, and group broadcast over point-to-point transports, implemented on constrained wearable devices.

The problem

A group call over the public internet leaks two things even when the payload is encrypted: who is talking to whom, and from where. Conventional end-to-end encryption hides the message and nothing else. On a wearable there is no room for a heavyweight anonymity network, and no tolerance for the delay one adds.

The disclosed combination

An exit envelope advances through a phase accumulator so that successive requests present a different, deterministic egress shape rather than a stable fingerprint.

A three-hop index chain spreads the request across separate static endpoints, so no single observation point sees the whole path.

Above that sits a numbered virtual channel: one key-up is expanded into individually addressed deliveries, each carrying a signed, hash-linked metering record, and each readable by a receiver that selects and squelches on the channel identity carried in a human-readable prefix.

Prior work of the inventor

The signed traversal chain is the inventor's own earlier work, reduced to practice before the subject matter of this application. It is described as the inventor's prior art and as the substrate the new claims build on — not as newly claimed matter — except where a claim recites its combination with the channel header.

Reduction to practice

A contemporaneous recording shows the application running on the wearable before a separate display fault appears, and the channel implementation operating correctly on phone, tablet and Chromebook. The recording supports the existence of a working application and a device rendering fault. It does not by itself prove novelty, non-obviousness or patentability.

Preserve the original recordings with their metadata, the source revision, the test records and a dated witness statement as corroborating evidence.
